How long does a turnkey construction project take?
A standard single-family residence takes 8 to 12 months, including permitting (2-3 months), construction (6-8 months), and finishing (1-2 months). Custom projects with complex finishes take 12 to 18 months.
Can I live in my residence during a renovation?
Kitchen or bathroom renovations allow you to remain in place. For major renovations affecting the structure, electrical, or main plumbing, a temporary move of 2 to 6 weeks may be required.
When should work be started for spring delivery?
Start your project the previous fall for spring delivery. This allows for 2-3 months of winter planning and construction during the cold months.
Budgets and costs
What is your minimum project budget?
Our projects start at $400,000 for turnkey construction. The final budget depends on the architectural complexity, the level of finishes chosen, and the integrated systems (home automation, radiant heating, security systems).
Do your estimates include all costs?
Our estimates include materials, labor, permits, and contingency allowances. Only changes to materials chosen after signing generate additional costs.
Regulations and guarantees
Do you handle obtaining permits?
We handle all required municipal permits, engineering assessments, and certificates of compliance. These fees are included in our estimate, and approval times are built into the schedule.
What does your warranty cover?
Our warranty covers material defects, workmanship issues, and malfunctions of installed systems. Normal wear and tear and unauthorized modifications after delivery are excluded.
